1/20/25 We brought in our 2014 Buick Verano for a faulty fuel injector. 1/24/25 The Mechanic broke the other fuel injector while working on the car which also caused the catalytic converter to fail. This location does not carry parts and had to order parts which were delayed. This location has a lack of communication. We got charged full price and don't think that was fair. Even the mechanic said that GM should have helped with the cost. We were told that GM declined to help with the cost of the Catalytic Converter when asked. We did not get our car back until 2/20/25. A whole month without a vehicle. Therefore, we will not be back.

Very frustrated... I have oil all over my driveway again! Often when they change my oil, they do a poor job of cleaning up what they spill on the skid plate. The spilled oil then drips from the skid plate onto my driveway. I would greatly apricate someone coming to my house and cleaning up the mess. Very disappointed!

Good afternoon, I am a buy back customer, that had a 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 At4. 6.2l died with 7000 miles. In final stages of buy back. I had all documentation for the buy back. When I purchased the 2024, it was on the internet. I looked for specific things. Called dealership asked them if a deposit was needed and they said no after running a credit check on me. That they would hold it until I could book a flight get a ride to the dealership, which was 1 hr away from airport. Fast forward, that truck is gone.. now I find you guys, who have the specific 2025 replacement. 1 Day ahead of my closing of the 2024 truck getting $72,000.00 + GM loyalty cash. Let me say….if you post on the internet you have to be willing to hold or take a deposit. This made my experience with purchasing a $75,000.00 very difficult and stressful, not the way it should be. I would have put a deposit of $70,000.00 or something that would have made me feel less stressed. My sale guy Randal M is the one who deserves all the kudos here! He knew that when I called him at 9 am Thursday he was going to sell me that specific truck! Exceiptions can and sometimes should be made. Well I closed at the dealership, called Randal and he said that I need the loyalty certificate number. My coordinator said I should have it by Monday, 3 to 5 business days. Sales manager…..No hold truck until Monday! Ugh! No deal until Monday on my end. All over GM loyalty cash that I was receiving from the buy back. Mere 3500 should I say. I told Randal that his sales manager has no faith in this sale. And that I would take the chance until Monday. And what evere offer he was trying to make me would not suffice. 1/2 hour later I received the certificate via email. Old 2024 truck out in the morning, new 2025 truck delivered in the afternoon! Remove the stress and you would have 6 stars ⭐️! All because there was no Exceiptions on a done deal!! Cold call for Randal, excellent for coming in early! My friend that is the GM at Benz dealership and my service dealership thinks your nuts too for not taking deposits……so what you have to give the deposit back…if they don’t buy. Its a part of doing business. Makes the CUSTOMER feel more comfortable.

Caleb was efficient and effective as the last time I came in. The service department was busy and felt that way. Not as attentive as before. Cashier was pleasant enough. A decent experience but nothing to tell other people about. As for the service and multi point inspection. The evaluation was generic with only checks for completed or “good”. Non specific on brake or tire wear…ect. Also not accurate. For example my windshield wipers blades or in desperate need for replacement and partially missing. However it was checked as “good”. As small as that is, it makes me consider what was done and what was pencil whipped. The prof is in the details. It makes me weary about the completeness of the inspection and the accuracy of my report. I am undecided if I will return in the future.

Service advisor, Caleb, was great. Unfortunately I came in for a leak around the sunroof. Turned out the housing was cracked as well as around the back window. Truck only has 55k miles… both were replaced. After I leave it turned out the camera above the bed got covered in sealant so I had to come back and wait an hour to get that removed. Later that week the back window leaked again so had to bring it back to have the back window replaced again. Now it rained, the sunroof leaked again. I was told the housing was cracked after only a couple of weeks. So I had to come back AGAIN. I was informed all of this gets tested after replacing however neither leaks were caught. This is a very frustrating situation for a truck not even 4 years old and the constant poor quality. Not sure if that is solely on GM and their quality going down as this isn’t the first issue with the truck - brakes sound terrible and I’m told they are fine, had an oil leak already. Quite disappointed in the quality of this truck and the fact I had to visit 4 times to get these repairs completed.

This was a return visit for issues which I thought should have been fixed that weren't in the previous visit two weeks prior. Staff was good to work with and the problems were addressed and fixed. For my previous experience, the 2 weeks prior, it was not great as I felt I should not have had to pay A diagnostic fee for a problem with the auto display and audio that had been a problem since the purchase of the vehicle. The issue was fixed by a simple download of which could have been told to me or could have been done easily without paying the diagnostic fee of $250. I told them what the problem was.It should have been a simple fix without reaching into my pocket. I have purchased 2 vehicles from that location. I did not expect those fees to take care of a problem that existed since the 1st day, I purchased the vehicle..

When I picked up my truck their employee said you know your engine light is on. No it was not on when I brought it in for battery issues and a fuel filter. I then waited for my service writer and he said they thought the codes were all cleared. His solution was to bring it back if the light stayed on? As I mentioned to him, you go to the dealer for premium service and I think there was no test drive done after they changed my batteries. In the end I must now bring my vechical back in to figure out why the engine light is on. This service tech has poor communication skills (only text messages) and did not follow up to see if my truck was really ready.

Jamal made sure all my subscriptions and functions worked correctly before i left the dealership so i didn't need to come back. He is one of the main reasons i bought a GMC. The dealership was clean everyone friendly and willing to help when i had questions. I even had service dept helping out because if Jamal didn't know he would find out. Fred in finance was super friendly and easy to work with. Made the finance end of it quick and got me money back from another dealership on my trade in. I have bought a few new vehicles and by far the cleanest one i have received from the detail guy in the back he did a great job. Thanks Reliable GMC i don't think i could of asked for a better crew and buying experience and trust me i'm hard to work with and don't fill out many surveys.

There was some confusion about the appointment, because the AI system you use to book the appointment did not confirm the appointment, but the Service Advisor, Angel was a professional. He double checked the parts to ensure they were available and called back to confirm with us. Therefore, we still got the truck in by 0830. Truck was completed early afternoon. Done right! Thank you. A previous mechanic (Not from the dealership) had disconnected the electrical thermometer, but the factory mechanic, and put that back together. The dealer's total cost was less than the "other" guy, so we are very happy customers. We are still a GMC loyalist. God Bless you all for Christmas.

Brought car in for an oil change and to check speed limit function on the heads-up display. After numerous people said I needed to have an On Star account for it to work. After going back and forth for 45 minutes Maintenance man Pete came out and called On Star, took the car on a test drive and fixed the problem in 15 minutes. Clueless very unattended service no instructions on how to actually get service once you get through the door waited three hours for service then found out that my truck had not even been taken back because I did not talk to one of the sales guys inside. I was made aware when I arrived at the place for the guy who took my truck who took my keys, looked at my odometer, checked my tires, walked around the truck talk to me about other things on the truck was actually the sales person he gave me a ticket I took that ticket and walked into the waiting room which she told me where it was. I sat there for three hours, not one peep. I even asked the guy why he was parked my truck so far out he said the truck would be brought into the door as soon as the guy got to the truck don’t worry your company finally got the work done, but I’m not happy at all
